Blue Ribbon Riders is a dedicated and dynamic equestrian team proudly made up of African American riders who share a passion for excellence, horsemanship, and breaking barriers in the equestrian world. As a team, we are committed to fostering diversity, representation, and empowerment within a sport that has historically lacked inclusion.
Our riders come from various backgrounds, but we are united by our shared love for horses, our commitment to teamwork, and our drive to achieve greatness both in and out of the arena. Whether we’re competing in hunter seat equitation, dressage, or western disciplines, the Blue Ribbon Riders bring determination, style, and skill to every ride.
More than just a team, we are a family. We support each other’s growth, celebrate our wins, learn from our challenges, and strive to inspire the next generation of young Black equestrians to pursue their dreams.
